10 Minute Fat Burning Workout

This weeks follow along workout is a 10 minute body-weight, no equipment needed, high conditioning fat burning workout.
Great as a metabolic (fat burner) finisher after a main strength workout or as a stand alone conditioning/fat loss workout.
