10 Minutes Abs Circuit Workout 2016

Hello guys

This workout is very efficient and you can work anywhere (home, gym, park, stadium).

I make a mistake when a start the workout because i don’t set up the correct time as 30 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.

I use Tabata timmer and i forgot to set up, so in this video i make 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest.

If you are a beginner it’s ok like this (20/10). You can start with 1-2 circuits until you can do 3 circuits in a row.

If you are advanced, you need to increase the tempo of the exercise.
