30 days fat loss diet chart

Hey guys…
This is fat loss diet chart. You can follow it 30 days

B.fst- apple,1cup oats, 1Cup gree tea

Snacks- 1 banana, non fat milk

Lunch- Brown rice, low oil cooked curry or 1hole egg (you can eat 2more egg White),
After lunch you can eat yogut(curd)

Snacks- oats, any fruts, boiled soybeans

Dinner- roti with non salted butter(white butter), low oil cooked paneer curry or eggs.
