    Hey Goku!! I’ve been training in Martial Arts for about 18 years now (Taekwondo, Karate, Muay Thai, Jiujitsu, MMA, Kickboxing, Martial Arts Tricking) and I’ve been inspired by the Saiyans to increase my power!! I want to start strength training via weighted calisthenics. The reason I want to do weighted calisthenics is because I have a home dojang where I train Extreme Taekwondo and Martial Arts Tricking, but the room is very small. It’s about the size of the padded area in Dan’s Muay Thai gym if not smaller so I don’t want a lot of equipment to take up all the room. I have a doorway pull up bar and planning on getting a weighted vest. My #1 priority with this training is increasing strength but I would also like to build some muscle. What are your thoughts? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks brother!!
