I decided to make some videos on my channel to share my passions: sports & healthy diet. I’m not a professional cooker nor an athlete but hoping to influence some lazy uni ppl out there :p.

➜ This workout is great as it’s short, intensive and you can do it anywhere!
➜ I would recommend doing it 3 times per week and rest of the days pure cardio (if you’re looking for defined abs).
