5 Minutes Home Abs Workout Routine – Follow Along

What up guys Daniel back at it again and today I am giving you another Home Abs workout you can complete in 5 minutes. there is no equipment needed so get down on the floor and follow along so you can get that good looking six pack. but remember there are no shortcuts to getting a good physique. it takes hard work and passion but you will enjoy it in the long run.

Workout:
30 secs: Dish/Hollow Body
10 Reps: Windshield Wipers
12 Reps: Roll Ups
12 Reps: Russian Twist
10 Reps: Leg Raises
20 Secs: Plank
10 Reps: Plank Crunches
20 Secs: Plank
