Today i did my #overhead press or should i say #military_press seassion and i must say it is not getting better. The thing is that i have introduced morning burpees workout at begining of this cycle and since i do my main workout only about 3-4 hours later i still feel tired.

Sets I did:
Wormup sets:
12×10 kg
8×20 kg
5×30 kg

Working sets:
5×42,5 kg
3×50 kg
6×55 kg… i was going for 8 reps, but it didnt hapen.
2×60 kg
1×62,5 kg
1×65 kg

After that i did some accessory work and i have recorded just first part of boring routine…
