Now. Time to be serious. I have decided to do a 7 days, workout and no makeup – challenge. And this is going to be so hard, but also fun. I´m obsessed with makeup first of all. A day without makeup, feels like a day without food. Or kind of. Waaah. But I need to love my face without makeup. I need to love myself when i’m all natural. Do U sometimes feel like, you can’t go a day without makeup because you think you´re to ugly. The follow me in this process, and get some advice. Down below can you find the workout and beauty tips.

Workout:

Day 1 Abs workout /20 squats / 5 Lunges / 10 burpees / 10 pus-ups/15 dips / 20 sec plank / Abs workout.
Day 2 25 squats / 10 Lunges / 15 burpees / 15 pus-ups / 20 dips / 25 sec plank / Abs workout.
Day 3 30 squats / 15 Lunges / 20 burpees / 20 pus-ups / 25 dips / 30 sec plank / Abs workout.
Day 4 REST DAY
Day 5 35 squats / 20 Lunges / 25 burpees / 25 pus-ups / 30 dips / 35 sec plank / Abs workout.
Day 6 40 squats / 25 Lunges / 30 burpees / 30 pus-ups / 35 dips / 40 sec plank / Abs workout.
Day 7 45 squats / 30 Lunges / 35 burpees / 35 pus-ups / 40 dips / 45 sec plank / Abs workout.

Beauty:
No makeup for 5-7 days
Drink plenty of water
Use face scrub morning or night
Daily creme, and night creme
Use normal facemask
Clean your face with face cleaning every night / morning
