ABS WORKOUT – Get Six.pack fast – 25 Minutes/10 Exercises

this workout was created to destroy your belly fat and to make your abdominal muscles leaner and more visible (although… your diet is the basis). Superhumans can repeat this routine 2 times. BUT! One is also pretty nice result.
Using gliding discs, mat and 3kg dumbells. And maybe sofa.. yes..
