Advanced Hockey Workout – Aerobic Plyometric Method 🏒

In this video Dan shows you an advanced hockey training method that combines aerobic work and plyometrics.

Here’s the Aerboic Plyometric Method workout:

A: Double leg short bounds x 5-10mins

B: Push ups (or) Medicine ball rebounding x 8-10 reps, rest 20-30secs, and repeat for 5-10mins
