Ankle Break Mobilization | Vancouver Personal Trainer | Upside Strength

The Ankle Break Mob drill is a simple yet effective exercise to open up your ankles before squatting. The plates allow you to go through the full range of motion of the ankle without having to squat deep.

Be sure to keep the knees tracking over the toes.

Perform 1-2 sets of 8-10 reps in your warm up
