AX-1: Strength Training III

Breaking in my new Naruto Gear, another strength training day. The inverted Rows I made the harder by doing Failure with straight legs then with bent knees as one set.

My right knee is messed up and the reverse Lunge curls helped a lot to take the pressure off that knee.

The row Kickbacks I had to do the thumbnail since it looked just like how the character run on Naruto.
