Barbell hang clean for athleticism and fat loss (Personal Training In Acton)

Hang cleans are great for people who play sports, but if you can hold your technique they are sick for fat loss too. More toned and more athletic can’t be a bad thing. Technique is important though, I’m still working on mine too.
