Best 4 Minute IN HOME workout for FAT LOSS (Tabata)

What I meant to say:
Some other good exercises for tabata are: kettlebell swings, high knees or butt kicks, frog jumps, etc. If you are ADVANCED I would recommend doing harder exercises like push ups and burpees.
SAFETY FIRST!!!! Do not do anything harder than your ability level. Tabata in itself is VERY challenging!
