Biofit movements – grasshopper (leg strength & power)

Bodyweight squats are too tame for many people so when a load is not available try making the move more explosive like this grasshopper squat. Drop low into a deep squat then bounce immediately upwards and forward. Repeat. Aim for high intensity / short intervals.
