Trap Bar DL 3×10, Seated Jump 3×8, Pull-Up Hang with knees raises 3x :20 sec, Alt KB press 3×12, Sled low push on the way down and high push on the way back 3x for distance , Farmers carry (not shown) 3x for distance, 1/2 Turkish Get Up 3×5 ea side, Oblique Twist with Battle Ropes 3x :30 sec
