Body-Solid Pro ClubLine S2CCO Cable Crossover for Strength Training

The Pro ClubLine Series II S2CCO from Body-Solid is a cable crossover machine with adjustable high to low pulleys and two selectorized weight stacks for functional strength training. The weight stacks are available in three sizes (160, 210 and 310 lbs), each offering 1/2:1 resistance which allows manageable incremental weight changes for smaller muscle groups targeted during isolation exercises and unilateral strength training. The S2CCO offers a virtually unlimited range of exercise possibilities for all experience levels. 36 independent pulley carriage height adjustments along each cable column allow users to perform any number of high-pulley, mid-pulley or low-pulley exercises including pec flys, low rows, overhead shoulder presses, ab crunches, tricep pressdowns, biceps curls, and more. The adjustable pulleys each swivel 180 degrees, increasing both the range of motion and variety of exercise options. The extra wide and tall mainframe provides easy access and ample room to accommodate individual exercisers working out on opposite cable columns. The S2CCO Cable Crossover includes two nylon cable handles with three length adjustments, a straight bar with swivel attachment for low rows, curls, and triceps press downs, and an ankle cuff for performing leg exercises for the inner and outer thighs, glutes, and quadriceps.
