Build HUGE back strength with weighted chin ups!

This is my accessories day, I do variations of this workout twice a week after my main lift days. Here I work up to 3 sets of 3 with 62.5 pounds added. After, to make sure I’m challenging myself I pulled my weight with an added 90lbs of resistance, That’s 2 plates! After that I did one set with my bodyweight to make sure that I properly exert myself.

The way I progress in this exercise is the same as all my other lifts, I add 2.5 lbs on the chain every workout until I can’t anymore, and then I will have to start lookig at other methods.

Finally I finish up my accessories day with abs and biceps variations.
