Building Pull Up Strength for CrossFit

The goal with this is to provide a road map for our members to follow that will allow them to develop their pull ups in class!

There are many additional ways you could go about building up your pull up strength through supplemental exercises and we might do a video on that at a later time but we have seen this method work time and time again with nothing extra done outside of class.
