Wanted to share with you guys a verry simple recipe and meal preparation.our today recipes is “chicken”, “chicken recipes”

I like to keep things very simple in my recipe. So all you are going to need here is 100g chicken breast , beet root, onion, green bell paper, garlic, fresh coriander and coconut or olive oil (cooking spray oil), salt and .

Ingredients used in this video :

* 100g chicken breast :
P-25g,C-0,F-0,Good source of animal protein and rich Of amino acids.

* Beet roots :
Beets are high in immune-boosting vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium and manganese . Beets also contain the B vitamin folate, which helps reduce the risk of birth defects.

* Onion :
The phytochemicals in onions along with their vitamin C help improve immunity. Onions contain chromium, which assists in regulating blood sugar. For centuries, onions have been used to reduce inflammation and heal infections.

* Green bell papers :
They’re low in calories and are loaded with good nutrition. All varieties are excellent sources of vitamins A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fiber. … Compared to green bell peppers, the red ones have almost 11 times more beta-carotene and 1.5 times more vitamin C.

* Garlic :
The main ingredient in garlic is allicin, which has antibacterial, antivirus, antifungal, and antioxidant properties, and are very good for keeping your body healthy. … Garlic is a great food for heart health. It helps blood flow, lowers cholesterol, and stops heart disease.

* Coriander :
The health benefits of coriander include its use in the treatment of skin inflammation, high cholesterol levels, diarrhea, mouth ulcers, anemia, indigestion, menstrual disorders, smallpox, conjunctivitis, skin disorders, and blood sugar disorders, while also benefiting eye care.
