Chocolate Banana Smoothie Recipe | Triathlon Nutrition

This is one of my favorite all time smoothie recipes! It’s hard to go wrong with a chocolate banana smoothie, but this one takes it to a whole new level. This high calorie smoothie is great for when you’re in heavy training or just crave an indulgent, dessert type smoothie.

Totally Blissed Out Smoothie Recipe ** Makes 2 Servings**+
2 – 2.5 frozen bananas
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp cacao
2 – 3 large dates
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 – 2 tbsp hemp hearts

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

    The video shows 1/2 cup almond milk. Actually supposed to be 1 1/2 cups. Ingredients are correct in the description. Enjoy!
