Dry fasting forces the body to obtain water from the cells. Dry fasting is gaining a lot of traction and has a lot of benefits for health and fat loss. Many people are using dry fasting to combat inflamation and alements that exist in the body. Many look towards dry fasting simply to burn more fat. And yes it can do all of these things but is it too dangerous? I breakdown some aspects of Dry fasting and give my thoughts on the practice for fast weight loss and for health.
