They are based on an ancient, great tasting Mediterranean recipe from Al-Andalus (medieval muslim Spain) and are free from modern day preservatives or colours, which makes them be considered the world´s oldest energy bars.

Protein Stick are a new concept of protein bars. They are handmade containing various 100% natural ingredients and are inspired by an old medieval Spanish recipe. The protein structure of these sticks is mostly based on a blend of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate.
