This fat burning HIIT workout will help you torch your body fat from home or wherever you choose to work out. For this HIIT cardio workout you only need your body and a box. In this home fat burning workout you will learn to burn body fat and build strength simultaneously.

For this fat burning home HIIT routine there are three sections containing two exercises each. For each round, you’ll do each exercise for 30 seconds without rest. You’ll do 6 total rounds of each section of this HIIT workout for fat loss. Each section in this fat burning cardio HIIT routine is 6 minutes long. If you complete the 3 sections you’ll have an 18 minute fat burning workout. If you are a beginner you can take rest between the exercises in this fat burning cardio workout. You could also try doing the entire fat torching workout at 20 seconds for each exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you are more advanced and are feeling really strong you could do this home fat burning workout twice through for a total of 36 minutes to torch your body fat. 1) Box Jumps (30 seconds)
2) Up and Over (30 seconds)

6 Rounds

1) Stop Jump Lunges (30 seconds)
2) Pike Jumps (30 seconds)
