1c. DB Single Arm Clean to Press x 6 each side
1d. DB Single Arm Snatch x 6 each side
2 mins rest | 4 sets | Slightly heavier weight in week 2

2a. DB Walking Lunges x 20
2b. SB DB Press x 10 each side
2c. KB Squats x 10
2d. SA DB Clean & Press x 8 each side
2 mins rest | 2 sets in week 1 | 3 sets in week 2

Cardio Intervals – choose your exercise
10 seconds fast (100% intensity)
20 seconds slow (0-10% intensity)
20 sets
