FitForceFX 21 Day Fat Burn & Body Sculpt Bootcamp: Week 1

This awesome and effective bootcamp is your 21 day body transformation! It consists of a workout schedule specifically designed for weight loss and body sculpting. This bootcamp is graded for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and for all time constraints. Every Monday, the bootcamp schedule for the week will be released. This schedule is strategically designed with existing FitForceFX workouts in a pattern that will fully maximize your results. The schedule is easy to follow and the prescribed workouts are clickable directly from the video, so it’s quick and easy to get to your workouts.

Level 1 (Green) – For beginners, or those with limited time constraints. You will do the green workouts each day. Beginners go at a pace that challenges you, take breaks as needed. Most workouts in for this level will be 15 minutes, so if you are a Busy Intermediate/Advanced and following the Level 1 schedule, go hard and challenge yourself, while always listening to the cues of your body. Beginners may choose to follow the Level 2 schedule but at a lower intensity. If you have not worked out in a while or are new to fitness, but you want to follow Level 2, my suggestion is to do Level 1 the first week and gradually pick a few Level 2 days up in the 2nd week, then pick a few more days up in the 3rd week.

Level 2 (Blue) – For those with an intermediate level of fitness. You will do the green and blue workouts each day. If there is no blue workout for that day, it means the green is a longer workout and so go extra hard on that one workout! If you have energy go for the black that day!

Level 3 (Black) – For those with an advanced level of fitness. You will do the green, blue and black workouts for the day. Go hard and work to your max while listening to your body.

Important note for Levels 1,2 & 3: Pay very special attention to form. Always focus on form over getting more reps in, and over increasing load – ALWAYS! 🙂 Be sure to warm-up and cool-down. You can do this on your own or follow my warm up and cool down (links below). Lastly, HAVE FUN!!!
