Pushed for time? Then grab a kettlebell and nail this 12 minute full body fat burning workout!

Perform the exercises back to back, you have 3 minutes to complete all the exercises, whatever is left of the 3 minutes is your rest, go for 4 sets. If you can’t complete in 3 minutes no drama just reduce the reps of each to 8 and build up.

– Swings 10
– Goblet squats 10
– Dead cleans right 10
– Single arm thruster right 10
– Dead clean left 10
– Single arm thruster left 10

Keep the pace up and get it done. It’s quick but effective.
