So it may have taken me 44 years to enjoy coffee more than green tea in the mornings, but now, I SERIOUSLY can’t function without it!! Not even kidding. If you follow me on Snapchat, you already know this! Every time I do a Facebook LIVE, a ton of you ask me to share my coffee recipe. SO here you are…my healthy morning butter coffee recipes!

Chocolate

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp raw cacao – I use MitoXcell for it’s wide range of health benefits
1 tbsp MCT Oil/Coconut oil – I use Brain Octane:

1 scoop chocolate whey protein www.nataliejillfitness.com/protein

8 oz Dark coffee – I use Bulletproof

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients into a blender, blend for 30 seconds, pour and ENJOY!
