Healthy Lunch Recipe | Prawn Arrabiata Protein Pasta

Make our delicious Prawn Arrabiata Pasta for a flavoursome high-protein meal – whether it’s for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

– 120g Dr Zak’s High Protein Pasta

– 1 Tsp Coconpure Coconut Oil

– 10g Protein Crisps – Sweet Chilli & Lime Flavour

– 200g Uncooked Prawns
– 1 Handful Basil
– 1 Fresh Chilli, Finely Chopped
– 1 Fresh Tomato, Chopped
– 1 Sprinkle Paprika
– 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
– 1/2 Red Onion
– 1 Red Pepper

Method

1) Add 120g high protein pasta to a pan.
2) Pour boiled water over until you cover the pasta.
3) Boil pasta for 10-12 minute and drain.
4) Slice all vegetables.
5) Add vegetables, chilli, tomatoes, coconut oil, prawns, paprika, onion, garlic paste and seasoning to a pan.
6) Stir fry and mix everything together.
7) Fold the stir fry sauce into pasta.

…Serve with a sprinkling of basil, chilli and protein crisps!
