High Protein Overnight French Toast | Myprotein Recipe

1 loaf Myprotein High Protein Bread
6 large eggs
500ml milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon plus extra to top
Pinch salt
8-10 drops Myprotein Vanilla FlavDrops
75ml Myprotein Sugar-Free Syrup (Maple flavour) plus extra to top
50g crushed nuts
Greek yoghurt

– In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, salt, Sugar-Free Syrup and FlavDrops and set aside

– Next, cut the slices of bread into halves and put a layer of bread into a casserole dish

– Pour over half of the egg and milk mixture, then lay out another layer of bread on top and add the remaining egg and milk mixture

– Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight

– In the morning, remove from the fridge and preheat the oven to 175°C

– Squeeze over more sugar-free syrup, crushed nuts and cinnamon then bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown

– Spoon into bowls and dollop yoghurt and fresh strawberries on top. Drizzle over sugar-free syrup and devour!
