This HIIT cardio and abs workout will help you burn fat and build strong sexy abs at the same time. This is an abs and cardio workout that can be done at home with minimal equipment, or at the gym if you prefer. For this home HIIT cardio and abs routine, all you need is a jump rope.

There are 8 moves in this cardio and abs HIIT routine. You’ll do each move in this HIIT cardio workout for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. Try each of the moves in this cardio and core workout before attempting the entire routine. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this cardio abs workout.
