HIIT Workout for Abs (BURN OUT YOUR CORE!!)

This HIIT workout for abs gives you a core and cardio workout at the same time. This is a HIIT & abs workout that will help you burn fat and build a six pack in the very same workout. This HIIT cardio and abs workout should take less than 15 minutes unless you decide to do two rounds of the HIIT portion, in which case you’ll be looking at a little over 25 minutes.

For this HIIT and abs routine, you’ll start out by doing 30 burpees to get your fat burn going. Then you’ll do the next 3 exercises in this abs and cardio routine for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. There are only 3 moves in this section of this cardio & core HIIT routine. So you’ll repeat this section of the core and cardio workout 4 times for a total of 12 mins of HIIT. If you are advanced and you want to double this, you can do 24 minutes of this section of the cardio abs workout. If you are a beginner, it would be best to try the exercises in this cardio abs workout before attempting the full core and cardio routine.
