HIIT WORKOUT FOR FAT LOSS!
In this video i’ll be sharing with you a total body HIIT workout to help with fat loss. I love preforming a cardio HIIT circuit. HIIT increases fat loss compared to just doing normal cardio. This HIIT workout is a total body workout. This workout includes your upper body (arms, back, shoulders) and you lower body (glutes, legs, hamstrings and calves). You can complete this HIIT workout at home or at the gym. If you don’t have access to a plate at home use your body weight or substitute the plate for a dumbbell or kettle bell. This 10 minute workout will help to increase fat burn and you will feel the burn in this total body workout!

HIIT WORKOUT:
35 seconds deadlift to upright row
35 seconds push up to plate pull through
35 seconds alternating lunge
35 seconds burpee to frog jump

10 second rest between each move
1 minute rest after each rounds
COMPLETE 4 ROUNDS OF THIS CIRCUIT
