Home abs workout circuit for everyone who wants to strengthen core and lose belly fat.
Abs circuit
perform 2 to 4 circuits without any break.
1) Boat hold-30 seconds
2) Leg raises-15 reps
3) crunches-15 reps
4) Plank-1 min
5) Flutter kick- 30 reps
6) Cycling crunches-30 reps
7) Vertical plank-30 sec each side

1 minute rest in between the circuit.
