How to Make Delicious High Protein Cake – Healthy Baba Cake Recipe

The ideal recipe for those who love to indulge in the gym, but also seek an additional protein source, and of course a delicious snack.

These toffee bites are easy to store and are ideal for a post workout snack or even a mid morning boost! Oh and before we forget, we wrote this recipe using a selection of Myprotein products.

INGREDIENTS

25g Milk Protein Smooth ()

15g Coconpure Coconut Oil ()

50ml Semi-skimmed Milk

FlavDrops – Toffee flavour ()

50g Self Raising Flour

2.5g Baking Powder

4g Sweetener

1 Whole egg

METHOD

1) Pre heat the oven to 180°C.

2) Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together. Note: You may need to add a little more liquid!

3) Grease the baking tin and add lining paper to the base

4) Pour the mix into the lined tin.

5) Place in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes

6) Top with a filling of your choice
