How To Make Prawn Satay Skewers | Healthy Myprotein Recipe

This simple yet delicious satay sauce will please any fine diner and is very versatile! It can be spread on meats, tofu or even pimp up your cooked vegetables and noodles by adding a spoonful.
Once made, this sauce will last 2-3 weeks stored in an air tight container in the fridge.

Ingredients

– 2 Tbsp Myprotein Organic Peanut Butter
– 100g Cooked Prawns
– 1 Tsp Tomato Puree
– ½ Tsp Ground Garlic
– ¼ Tsp Salt

Method

1) Mix the peanut butter, tomato puree, ground garlic and salt together (if very thick add a little water to dilute)
2) Place the prawns on the skewers and cover in the sauce.
3) Cook on a dry griddle for 2-5 minutes until thoroughly warmed.
4) Serve with mixed salad.
