Some women wonder if it is necessary to do separate body type training or how to eat by body type depending if you are an ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph. What is your body type? If you are thin and/or tall and you find it difficult to gain weight, you would be considered an ectomorph. If you have a thicker build and find it difficult to lose weight, you might be an endomorph. If you build muscle easily you would be considered a mesomorph.
