Importance of Rest Intervals (For fat loss, muscle gain and maximal strength)

The importance of rest intervals is usually not taken into consideration when creating a training regimen. Make sure to keep track of the time you are resting in between sets and decide if you are looking more for fat loss, hypertrophy, or maximal strength. A hybrid of all three could also be possible if you mix up your rest intervals during your workout. Of course, adjust your weights properly depending on the rest interval you choose!
