Integrated Strength Session Example

The integrated strength session format consists of grouping finger strength, a resistance training exercise, and a mobility drill. A full session would consist of three groups of exercises, each done three times.
We prefer to use a squat, a hip hinge, and a press as our strength exercises, and then select our three most-need hangboard positions and mobility drills. Full details of the sessions and suggested drills are at www.climbstrong.com
