Intermediate Vinyasa Class for strength and flexibility

To enjoy this 45 min class you need to have a strong asana practice of your own. We are flowing trough some deep heart openers like scorpion chinstand, wild thing, king pigeon. There are some twists, lunges, and full splits, tittibasana, handstand and other asanas. You can always modify if you need. I hope you like it 3 Lots of love!
