I’m Challenging Myself To Become A Bar Brother In 60 Days Time!

Giving the upper body a rest, lets get those abs and legs pumping!

I will be vlogging for the full 60 days, showing my weight, physique and workout in all the vlogs. At the end of the 60 days I will attempt the bar brothers requirements!

This journey consists of calisthenics / body weight training only! I want to master my own body weight and be able to do amazing moves such as the muscle up, front lever, 360 pull up, one arm push up ect….

I am inspired by Frank Medrano, Chris Barviking, Lazar Novovic, Barstarzz, Brendan Meyers & Brandon Carter

I will put in the work! There is nothing worse than being inspired and not taking action!
