Legs – Gluteus – Abs Workout you can do at home 8″ Thera Band

Do this quick 10 exercises 3-4 times with minimum rest in between followed by 20 minutes of cardio. I would suggest stair-master, versa climber or rower would be the optimal choices if you have access to the equipment. Thanks for watching Kollins @ Health LA

1. Squats 20-30 Reps
2. Side Steps 30-60 seconds
3. Kick Backs 30 reps each leg
4. Sit down abductions 30-60seconds
5. Bicycle crunches with Band 30-60 seconds
6. Leg raise 20 reps + alternating leg raises 20 reps
7. Ankle bitters 30 seconds
8. Step Ups 20 reps on each leg or 40 alternating
9. Side lunges 15 on each side
10. Courtesy Lunges 15 each leg
