450g Turkey Mince
30g Rolled Oats
1 Egg
1 Small Onion (Diced)
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
2 large Sweet Potato
1 Tbs Smoked Paprika
150g Asparagus
Chosen greens

Method

1. TURKEY BURGER MEAL PREP
2. PUT TURKEY MINCE IN BOWL
3. ADD ROLLED OATS
4. GARLIC POWDER
5. EGG
6. AND CHOPPED ONIONS
7. MIX THOROUGHLY
8. MOULD INTO BALLS AND PLACE ON BAKING TRAY
9. PRESS FLAT
10. DRIZZLE WITH MELTED COCONPURE
11. DRIZZLE COCONPURE ONTO ANOTHER BAKING TRAY
12. AND PLACE SWEET POTATO
13. SPRIKLE WITH CHOSEN FLAVOURINGS
14. PLACE BOTH TRAYS IN OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES AT 180°C
15. PUT CHOPPED ONIONS IN A BOWL
16. DRIZZLE WITH COCONPURE
17. SEASON TO TASTE
18. COVER WITH CLING FILM
19. MICROWAVE UNTIL SOFT
20. PLACE CHOSEN GREENS IN CONTAINER
21. ADD SWEET POTATO AND TURKEY BURGERS
22. TOP WITH ONIONS
