Mediterranean Low-Carb Pizza

For the dough
2 chicken breasts
1 egg white
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp of Oregano
Salt and Pepper, a pinch (to taste)

1 cup of marinara sauce
1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1 bunch of spinach or arugula
Black Olives
Cherry Tomatoes

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut chicken in small cubes, add to food processor along with the remaining “dough” ingredients. You should get a soft chicken paste
3. On a pre-greased pan with aluminum foil, knead the chicken “dough” to form a pizza crust (rounded or square).
4. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and add toppings
6. Place back on the oven for 5-8 minutes
7. Enjoy
