Model Body Workout 2 – Flat Abs | Caroline Pearce

This second workout of the series includes pilates inspired exercises combined with functional core moves to strengthen and flatten your midsection. Together with Kalumi Health founders Chrissy Blair and Jayla Harnwell I show you how to fit in a fast and effective core workout with no need for any exercise equipment.

The plan:
40 seconds per exercise, 3-5 rounds, 60 seconds rest between rounds. Progress by increasing the number of rounds and reducing the recovery time.
