My Life Story | Teen Bodybuilding Transformation

Starting in 8th grade, I was 138 pounds. After going through some mental issues and eating disorders I reached 126 pounds in a couple months. Eventually I discovered bodybuilding and started building muscle, until I got a little too side-tracked by my friends and I stopped putting an emphasis on the gym, until recently I started getting back into the gym and killing my workouts. This is just a little motivation for your day 🙂

    Really nice video and transformation.  Inspirational.  I am feeling anorexic at the moment–too guilty to eat, as I need to lose about 25 pounds of fat and gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle to look like I want.  Just takes passion, consistency, motivation, energy, desire and 4-6 days a week in the gym!!!!  Today it is nice outside; tomorrow it is going to be cold with lots of rain.  Always a reason not to . . . thanks so much.
