Only Two Ways: Lose Fat/Build Muscle

In this follow up video from Sep 19, 2014, I talked about what it really comes down to at the gym. As far as bodybuilding is concerned. Of course, this doesn’t concern specific sports, like sprinting, running, or activities like cross training, hiking, or climbing, etc. This is specific to bodybuilding and to “working out to look your best.”
This is supposed to represent the new format in video, sans quality, because I had to use a different camera here, for some strange reason. So the quality of the picture and lighting are horrible.
But new intro, and outro, background music, pop up text and pictures. If I would have continued the channel, this is what the videos would have been like in general.
