/// METHOD ///

1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mash the ripe bananas and add the almond milk, egg whites and 100g of blueberries and combine with the dry ingredients.
3. Pour into a loaf tin and top with the remaining 50g of blueberries.
4. Bake at 160° for about 30-35 minutes.
