Quick Ab Workout for Six Pack Abs

Hey guys just showing you a quick ab workout. In this video I show you 3 ab exercises that will work your whole core- including upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. I’d recommend throwing this onto the end of one of your other workouts. The great thing about this workout is that you don’t have to spend 30 minutes training core, you will work everything in just these 3 exercises.

Exercises:
Weighted Situps on decline bench- 15-25 reps
Weighted Russian Twists on decline bench- 25 a side (1-1 count)
Reverse crunches using decline bench- 10-15 reps
