Quick effective Abs Workout (HIIT)

So today I am sharing a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout with you. I have recently started to add cardio into my training and decided to share with you what I’m doing! I ended up doing the workout three times at the end of my arm session and found it pretty tough!
